BeetleKill Electric Jr. Guitar
Designed a smaller guitar for my kid's school spring fundraiser to be auctioned this year.
Cutting out the main body, which is made up of mahogany and beetle kill ponderosa pine
Joining the beetle kill drop top
Rosewood and mahogany for the neck
Routing all of the body cavities
The fox is the school's logo and it has been inlayed with aluminum

Ocean Turquoise
Ocean Turquoise was first seen on the 1965 Mercury and used by Fender as a custom color originally from 1965 to 1971(from Reranch Guitar Supplies). With the color on it is time to add many clear coats of lacquer.

Recurve
Using a scraper to carve in a recurve. This gives the body a little extra something, and once the solid metallic green color is applied the finish should have some depth.

Metallic Green Project
This guitar features a bolt-on maple neck, rose fretboard and alder body. Pretty standard no frills guitar. Going to finish with metallic green from Reranch Finishing Supplies.
